Ms. Connie, our DirectorHello, I'm Ms. Connie. I am the director at A Child's Place. I love to oversee the accomplishments of young children as they thrive to become our future leaders. I have been a director for 7 years now. My certifications include: Foundational Director's Certificate, First Aid and CPR, Inclusion, Brain Research, Shaken Baby, Early Literacy, VPK standards, Emergent Literacy for VPK and VPK Directors Endorsement.

Ms. FoxMy name is Carolyne Fox and I am a VPK teacher at A Child's Place . I have been on staff here for 13 years. My biggest pleasure is teaching 5 year olds and seeing them become successful in kindergarten. The children in my classroom are busy learning to write, sound out words, learn new songs, listening to stories, playing group games, and climbing on the playground. They also learn to use the computer. These are some of the fun thing they do along with making lasting friendships.   Ms. RikkiHello, I'm Mrs. Rikki. I have been working in the childcare field for almost 5 years, plus I am a mother of 7 children so it goes hand in hand with me. My credentials include: 40 clock hours, CDA, Director's credential, Brain research, Special needs, CPR & First Aid. The list goes on and on!! I believe the more experience a teacher has, the happier the children will be.
Ms. CossHello! My name is Joanna Coss. I'm an employee at A Child's Place and I have been working here for 3 years. I am the teacher of the 3-year-olds, and I teach the children Spanish, American Sign Language and other curriculum that benefits them. I have been in this field for about 15 years and I am working on my education and personal growth to benefit the Children of the future.   Ms. MalissaHello, I'm Ms. Malissa. I have been working in the childcare field since I was 19 years old. I have two boys and 1 grandson. It was because of my love for children that I fell into preschool work. I have all of my clock hours and my CDA since 1995. I have always believed that if one wants respect, one has to give it and that's how I treat the children that I come in contact with.
Ms. KatarrahHello, I'm Katarrah! I am an employee of three years here at A Child's Place preschool. My job is to facilitate our Children's learning, activities and experiences. I have been a licensed teacher for about 15 years and it is always a joy to see a child's growth and development. I am also continuing my education for personal growth and development and also to help serve the Children here in our community.   Ms. DevinHello, I'm Ms. Devin. I have been working with children for about 5 years, but have only been employed here at A Child's Place for a year. I am a VPK teacher AID. I'm going to school for my CDA. Children are my passion, I love watching them grow; Physically and mentally.
Ms. MiracleMy name is Ms. Miracle and I work with the 2's. I have been working in Childcare for 9 years. I have always worked with 3's and 4's. I have my CDA, 40 clock hours, FirstAid-CPR, Children with special needs - Physical disabilities, Child Development through play - Infant safety - Discipline in Child care, SIDS, Brain Research and I have since gone back to school to get my AS in Early Childhood Education.   Ms. MistyHello, I'm Ms. Misty. I am the team leader here at A Child's Place. I have been working with children from age's 6 weeks - 12 years for 14 years now, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. My duties here include a little bit of everything. My main focus is to facilitate the smooth operation of the center between the parents, children and staff.
Ms. StaceyHello, I'm Ms. Stacey. I am a full time volunteer here at A Child's place. I am a parent of twins in the VPK program although my children have been enrolled since the age of 2. I enjoy coming to help out in any way possible. So if you stop by, I am sure I will get to know your face.   Ms. MottHello! My name is Julisa Mott. I have been working with children for about 5 years now. I am currently a 1-year-old teacher at A Child's Place. I enjoy working with children. It makes me feel good to know that I am helping mold children for the future.
